We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Chevy Chase experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
At Chevy Chase, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Austin, Texas!
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.
AMENITIES
Chevy Chase offers multiple parking options so your arrival home from an exciting day in Austin is even easier. Parking options include general and reserved. Please contact the office to inquire about reserved parking pricing and options.
Chevy Chase Apartments offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your self care time reading a new book by the pool or on our beautiful patio deck with a view of the city. Chevy Chase apartments are proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, up to 2 pets per home. Call our leasing team to discuss breed and weight restrictions.
At Chevy Chase, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with a gas-range or electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
Our applications take up to 48 hour to approve, with most application approvals within 24 hours! If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.
At Chevy Chase, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!
If your situation changes, we require a 60-day notice and a 2-month termination fee.
To set up your utilities, contact City of Austin utilities online or by phone. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!
At Chevy Chase, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Chevy Chase, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to three times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 5 times (gross market rent).
After applying you will need to submit your proof of income within 48 hours for our leasing team to review. Acceptable proof of income documents include, 3 most recent pay stubs if paid bi-weekly, 6 most recent pay stubs if paid weekly, or 6 months of recent bank statements. If you have additional questions regarding acceptable proof of income documents, please reach out to our Leasing team!
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full Chevy Chase experience, schedule a tour to prevent any wait times and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
At Chevy Chase, residents will be responsible for paying monthly utility fees.
